The test is self-administered and can be taken by a paper test or on the Internet. For more information about taking the test, contact the church office. This is a service that our church has negotiated with MinistryConnect to offer members and regular attendees at no cost. (Others may inquire about the test directly from MinistryConnect by e-mail at info@ministryconnect.net.)
TheSHAPE process for FBC members taking it online:
1. Go to this link: TheSHAPE 1.5 - Part I Survey
2. Register yourself.
3. Read the instructions you find there before taking the test.
4. Receive the Report and Interpretation Guide as a PDF file via e-mail.
