Dinner with Friends .jpg)
The purpose of Dinner with Friends is to become acquainted with and develop a relationship with new persons.
It is designed to be flexible and involve as many people as possible.
Option Set 1: - People who may not be believers in Jesus Christ
- New people to your community [city, neighborhood] who are not in the life of a church
- New Christians at First Baptist Church
- New members at First Baptist Church
Option Set 2: - Invite the people you would like and you choose the number of people.
- The meal may be anywhere. If there are children coming, allow for them to play and get acquainted. This can be a picnic at the park, a sit down meal with linens, a fast food place, an outdoor bar-be que and other ideas you have.
- Consider the meal in the months of March, April or May. Calendars can be tough to coordinate these days.
- Thank you for hosting this event as a part of building bridges with people.
Are children involved? You decide.
What day will you meet? Again, the choice is yours.
